Oil Leak Detected

Hi, i have a JCW and since a few days i detected some oild drups under the car and i dont know what is the cause. I dont know exactly what is the function of the box (which is located next to the exhaust) where it is coming from but i made a picture of it. My agency did change the oild about a month ago and i am not sure if they sealed it well. It is a brand new car model 2012 bought exactly one year ago with almost 19K miles on it. Hopefully it is not something bad...

Looks like its coming from the flywheel housing?
The cars still under warranty, so take it back and get them to check it out, dont mess with it yourself.

This should still be covered by the 3 year warranty, and if its done 19000km then thats not excessive, it should not be dripping oil at one year old, needs looking at yes.

your oil filter is above where that exhaust clamp is. i would look there. maybe they forgot to replace the oring when they did your oil change.

Yes i was thinking the same that maybe it has something to do with the oil change last time in the agency. Because it is a brand new car... Thanks for replying...
