Flicking front sidelight

Hello,

I am in possession of a Mini one 07 1.4 and yesterday I noticed the front sidelight which is above the fog lights flicking when switched on. I was wondering whether the solution is a new blub or sidelight?

Apologies for the elementary knowledge I have recently brought the car and still getting to grip with it.

Thanks in advance.

when I say the front sidelight I mean the parking light. I was wondering where on the net I can find a standard mini bulb.

I am in the UK by the way.

Hi

It could be something as simple as a faulty or loose bulb or something more involved. Halfords do a fitting service so you could buy the bulb and have someone fit it for you. Bulbs (pack of 2) are less than a fiver. If the light still flickers then you haven't laid out an awful lot of your hard earned. Then you can decide what to do next.

I can fit the bulb myself however I am unsure which blub is appropriate for the job. I rather buy it online since the prices are cheaper. Any ideas?

Yes you can fit a new blub ha, or bulb even yourself.
And as stated the reason its flickers is probably a loose bulb or bulb connector plug.
They arent very expensive anyway hardly worth ordering on line, Halfords etc could provided one for a couple of pounds and even fit it, as already said above?
