I have a 2007 R56 Mini One 1.4 and its starting cutting out, revs all over the place, complete lack of power, hesistates when pulling away and cuts out when coming to a standstill, also when accelerating you hear a terrible tinny noise coming from the back of the engine, is this the signs that my vanos solenoid has packed up?? mileage wise its on 70k but its only just started getting bad this week.
