Cold start issue

Hi all,

I am experiencing the dreaded cold start problems.

I have read many threads on this but nothing seems to work on my car.
Mostly it points to the HPFP, this I had changed and made no difference.
I have then read about the carbon build up, but believe this would still happen once warm, which my doesn't a suffer from.. Am I wrong in discarding this option?

I have also had the car plugged in with no faults showing, so this leads me to believe it to be a mechanical problem.

I am now thinking something to do with injectors.. But don't want to keep spending money hitting and hopeing the issue is resolved.

Has anyone experienced these problems or know how I can check, or test other possible options??
