Fault code

Hi cAn anyone help I have a fault code of p15b8 does anyone know what this is, I also have a light on which shows the car on a ramp thanks

P15b8 is starter control signal high. Sounds like a problem with the ignition key system. Any symptoms?

The picture of the car on the ramp means an inspection is due.
