Somehow, I don't think a biege interior would sit well with a blue car, although biege seems more prominent in the US. I've lived in Hawaii and visited the US many times, most GM hire cars I've been given had biege interiors For me, biege would look good on black, red or British Racing Green. I also think the dark roof could look strange with those seats. However, it is YOUR MINI, good luck with whatever you decide.

Using the MINI UK configurator gives an interior view with a sliver of the door jam ... I think the following combo looks better with Lightning Blue ... Pacific Blue Ray Cloth/LeatherToo bad the US seatbottoms don't look like the Euro version

Ok, I know I asked opinions, but I'm also kind of confused on when blue and tan stopped going together. I know the configurator's colors aren't great, which is why I hoped someone who has seen this combo "in the flesh" maybe was out there someplace. I mean, people wear tan pants and a blue shirt, or something similar, all the time. Why would this work any differently. I will say that the ceiling DEFINITELY doesn't work for me with the standard color. Anthracite it will be on that one. Strogg has an anthracite roof with the Tucsan and he says it looks great, so I'm not as worried there. Well, my other thought was the BRG. I just have had a green car for so many years I wanted to trade it up, but I definitely want the lighter-shade interior. If I'm getting leather seats in Florida, they've gotta be a light color!

The beige looks a lot different in car than in the configurator and if you do have it, it does need the anthracite to stop the interior looking too insipid. Then, to avoid having colour overkill, piano black and cream line seems to go best, having the various silvers just look a bit messy to me. What I really wanted was a cream leather, the black and cream looks a bit odd though Stu

I personally think it would look very nice. Just my opinion. I loved the beige in the Paris motorshow Black and White Cooper. I don't think the exterior and interior colours have that much to do with each other. It seems to me that BMW have had a good think about their options and have not allowed speccing of interior colours that don't match the exterior (example Rooster red interior on a blue car) so I say if BMW say its alright its alright! Good luck!

mine has the anthracite headlining it is fabulous, looks expensive compared the the original. The only dash trim that didnt look tacky was the piano black or the carbon fibre JCW which doesnt really suit the lighter interiors. If its gotta be light inside go BRG outside and tuscan inside, the wooden steering wheel and dash look a bit fake but are ok with this combo. very trad. why dont you tint the windows and go dark inside, you could have the SUPERB JCW suede steering wheel, big JCW bucket seats with the carbon fibre dash/ handbrake/ gearshifter . I seriously regret not getting these Next time....
