There is a very short list of 'approved' phones. If you just want to use your phone with Bluetooth you don't need to worry - it will probably just work. If you want to insert for the armrest to charge your phone and connect it to the outside ariel, you might be disappointed.

Software versions vary.. so you may experience unclear reception when receiving/making calls, transfer of phonebook will not work, therefore, still having to pick up your mobile to dial. Lines may drop mid-conversation, bluetooth connection may dis-connect then re-connect numerous times. Some phones will only allow you to dial the emergency services when connected to the MINI's bluetooth device.

So, yeah.. it may just work.

For anyone else that stumbles across this thread looking for Bluetooth compatibility, I've been collecting reports from Mini2 and NAM for the past few months here

Blank spaces or missing phones mean there hasn't been a report that I'm aware of, not that it doesn't work per se.

Curious if your cell works with the Second Gen MINI?
