Stereo upgrade loom for R56 - Wave or Boost?

Hi! I need some help...

I have a cooper s (R56) with Wave stereo. Does anyone knows if i can use the cable ´Stereo upgrade loom for R56´ (from NewMINIStuff) to connect to an external amplifier? Does it works on Wave stereo, or just with Boost?

And

If it does work, wich one i chose? i want to connect to a single amplifier that goes to front and rear speakers and subwoofer too.

Thank you!
