Silver Black iPhone Armrest Snap-In

Does anyone know if this part would work in an 07 Mini?

I don't know if it would work, but I do know this: for most users the $130 armrest sleeve just charges the phone, which is why you rarely find people who have one. In order for the phone to connect directly to the car's antenna it must have an external antenna jack (iPhone does not) AND the sleeve must have a fitting that plugs into the jack. It's a rare phone/sleeve combination that has this. They say some mumbo jumbo about the sleeve wirelessly connecting the phone to the antenna but who's gonna beleive that?
