Misting windows

I've noticed that every since I cleaned my windows with Tesco's own glass cleaner for cars, the windows seem to mist up a lot more.

When I turn the heating on the windows clean up, and when I tun it off the bottom of the passenger and driver side windows start to mist up (next to the wind mirrors), and if I don't turn the heating back on the whole window mist's up.

Do any of you know the best way to keep the windows mist free? Any tricks with the heater or Air Con? Any special window cleaner to use?

Having the ac on will stop the windows misting up.

They will usualy only mist up if it's raining or really cold outside, you could try another glass cleaner.

I use Autoglym Fast Glass, and have not had any problems with it.

make sure your air recirculation is swiched off (unless using air con). fresh air will keep windows mist free.

Use the air-con to provide dry air it will demist a lot quicker. For a longer term solution you can also buy anti-misting pads or sprays. Go to autoexpress web site and click on products they recently compared the anti-misting formulas. Better not to get misting rather than clear it quickly.
