'08 R56 Question - Nav Software and Auto-Lights

Hi All, I've a couple of quick questions for those in the know - both relate to a 2008 (early-May build IIRC) UK-spec Cooper S, which has factory-fit Nav, and the auto-headlights.

First, I was wondering whether there had been any updates to the software / firmware for the Nav system and on-board computer over the past year, and if so what the changes/updates are.

Secondly, I have read before about being able to adjust the sensitivity of the auto-headlights via the nav system but I don't appear to have this ability on my car - can adjust daytime running lights though. Which model/years were able to set the sensitivity?

there is no sensitivity setting in mine either, a jan 08 cooper D.
as for the satnav, there are new maps every 6 months, costs lots of $$$. the disc you have will do just fine if you ask me :-)
