i have just had this with my blackberry storm and parrot kit.
I used the parrat to initiate the pairing...it then worked fine. go to settings, pair with device and then it searches and finds the blackberry. Select the phone and it gives you a passcode...my blackberry then picked up the job and asked for the code...i entered it and woohoo away it went. i then had this issue with the BB constantly wanting to ask permission to pair with the parrot but i manged to scroll down on the acceptance thing and it had a check box for 'dont ask again'. Now it works fine..takes a while to fire up compared to when the parrot used to pair with my LG phone but it comes up after about 1-2mins.
Basically it seems if you use the blackberry it fails all the time...use parrot to search and start the pairing.
This is the most unprofessional bit of site management I have seen since I was banned from a certain other site...at least they had the excuse that they were enthusiasts who had strong views and not professionals paid to keep thier cool!
Richard, I briefly tried it out today evening and didn't have much luck. I will try again tomorrow with a little more patiences! But cheers for info and I will update tomorrow.
I think mine might be the 3200...its colour and has a screen for displaying images, but it is a basic model so i thought it was a 3100...perhaps it has some sort of software update compared to the 3100

Does your phone pair with other devices? Headset? If you haven't tried it, I would try it to see if your BT is having issues. If it is good then the Parrot is having issues.
