iPhone compatibility - what Bluetooth kit do I need?

About to pop for a Cooper S Chilli - what bluetooth kit would I need to use my iPhone in car hands free?

Thanks for any help and apologies if I've missed the answer elsewhere - I'm due to order tomorrow and wanted practical owner feedback as well as the dealer telling me what's what!

Cheers!

Not sure about the Iphone but my Nokia and my Blackberry both work well/easily with the kit that comes with the Chilli pack, which I think is the 'basic' Bluetooth. As this is standard on any Chilli Cooper you should be able to test pair the iphone at the dealers as it is quick to do, albeit that the saleman may not immediately know how......

Cheers. I've decided to knock of the arm rest after sitting in a couple at the dealership - they appeared "cheap" and far from ideal to me (ergo no phone kit in it).

I have the basic bluetooth in my Cooper S and the iPhone works perfectly with it.

The only downside with the iPhone is if you're using it as an iPod you can't bluetooth it and use the phone functionality as well!!

Hope this helps.

Cheers! Do you have the MFSW?

I haven't ordered one but might add it if it makes a big difference to using the phone. How do you answer calls (ie do you have to gave the phone to hand - with or without MFSW).

Thanks for the help.
