How do i go about fitting bluetooth in my 09 mini

I have a 09 mini one which didnt come fitted with bluetooth. I recently had to borrow a friends mini and paired my phone to the car and loved not having to pull over to answer the phone.
Now im back to my car and feel robbed without the wonder that is in-car bluetooth. I am assuming that it is possible to get the dealer (or someone ) to turn on the bluetooth functionality seeing as the buttons and mic is already in the car.
How much does it cost to do this??
Where/who is the best person to do this?
Thanks guys

depends if you want an aftermarket kit or not.

im looking into getting the Parrot MKi9200 kit. From newministuff.com with MFSW its £293 (inc VAT) and without its £169.

there are videos on youtube on how to fit an amp (its the same procedure for bluetooth) posted by someone from NAM. the dash has to come out which sounds a lot but i have watched the videos and it looks very straightforward. just a lot of screws to undo.

Sounds like mikey needs to sort his prices out...

157@ Amazon. I'd imagine that would include wiring harnesses (harnessi?).

Won't get any fitting advice from Amazon though. Mined ewe, Mikey could buy from Amazon and still make a decent profit.

Ahhh the Parrot looks like an interesting solution... The fitting would scare me. I am a bit of a technophobe so the prospect of taking off the dashboard and then trying to fiddle with the wiring is pretty Omanis. Would this Mikey guy fit it as well or would he just send it to you? Does anyone know how to fit it, if so if i bought this kit would someone be willing to hep me fit it PLEASE???

Mike does fit too. But that woul be extra.

It's £200ish in halfords plus a wiring harness at about £15 and free fitting so if your scared to do it yourself, that's the way to go.

You don't have t mess with wires as such, just plug an extra wiring harness in which is no more difficult that plugging an extention cable into a plug socket really.

I don't come on here anymore but have as I was advised I was getting slagged off

I think its disgusting you spouting off when you don't have a clue what your on about
The price you are quoting off me is for the parrot 9200 plus 100% plug & play loom plus MFSW adaptor which controls the kit fully from the mfsw again all built up into a plug & play loom
A 9200 from me for 2nd gen MIni is £169+vat. That includes a 100% plug & play loom, colour fitting guide & ongoing tech support
I am the only person with the 100% plug & play loom - the autoleads, connects2 ones etc are partially plug & play & require an extra wiring splicing elsewhere on the car & giving potential warranty issues. If you like I can supply the standard BMW connector kit with a trailing wire to get the price down.
Also you are recommending Hal***** - I seem to remember you slagging them off for telling you which speaker wires to cut & them turning out to be your airbag wires. We are always rectifying jobs for the chain stores.

my apologies, i saw Parrot 9200 and presumed all Parrot 9200 options would be under one section so didn't carry on trying to search through all the other phone kits.

Yes, they did tell me that, and I cut the wires - if they had cut the wires they would have been responsible and anything they are responsible for would be corrected by them, at their expence.

I will edit my post!
