Cup mount phone holder

Hi Chaps..

Looking for a neat solution to hold the iphone without sticking something on the vents/windscreen etc and these seem ideal.

MINI Cooper - IPOD/MP3/CELL PHONE HOLDER FOR CUPHOLDER - R55/56/ - new.MiniMania.com

However the cost of postage to the UK pretty much kills it for me, has anyone got one or know any UK stockists ?

Thanks

Pete

Don't worry, a bit more googling turned these up, hopefully will do until I save up for a dealer Bluetooth/USB retrofit !

HI - I'm looking for a phone holder for my Mini One '54 reg. Ideally don't want a windscreen suction one. Are there any airvents/cup holder versions?? Have been looking on the internet night and nothing seems right.

Thanks in advance!

Have a look for the Griffin iSqueeze. I have just bought one for mine, holds my iPhone 4 perfectly. Only cost me £6.90 out of the bargain bin at halfords too!

I bought an iSqueeze and while it fit my iPhone 3GS perfectly, I never used it, because there was no way to plug the lead in and tidily get it to the cigarette lighter? I thought it looked kinda ugly in the cup holder, too... slightly too big/tall, and interfered with the toggle switches?

Ill have to upload a pic of mine for you too see when I have 15 posts...

made a few small modifications to it with a very hot knife. it now allows the cable to pass through the rear of the iSqueeze and up through the bottom - allowing charging with no unsightly wires.

The wire comes straight out of the cigarette lighter and into the back... You can hardly see it.

Just my two pence!

Ahh, cool... I thought about modifying mine, but just gave up with it in the end.

Would be cool to see a pic of what you've done out of curiosity - you can upload one now, you just can't link to external images until you have 15 posts.

I'll try that later on when I get home then. In my eyes it does the perfect job!

There we go.

I realised that i had a problem trying to take a photo of my phone - with my phone. Haha.

Had to borrow the girlfriends as a model haha.

In my eyes it puts the phone in the perfect position.

Thanks for the pics - neat solution.

I still think it sits a bit high, and too near the toggle switches, but if you're happy with it, that's the main thing!
