How to change date order on display - MINI Cooper Forum

My wife's 60 plate Mini One dash display shows the date as mm/dd/yy which is the US mode for dates. Is there any way to change to dd/mm/yy?

Yes, it's somewhere in the setup menu. However what caught me out was that you need to have the ignition on to get the full setup menu - without the ignition on, you can set the date/time, but not the format.
