USB Drive not recognised

Hi
I picked up a SD Clubman on 30/9 & have a 16GB Sandisk Cruzer Blade which is recognised but cannot non of the songs can be read by the Visual Boost system.
It is FAT32 formatted as stated in the manual. The songs are loaded in folders by artist , is this the best structure?

I aso have problems connecting my iphone but I'll add that problem to another thread.
