Yeah it is called ............ BMW Connected on the App Store and to use it in the 1 Series you need to have "Mobile Application Prep at £120" plus the Nav package.
With regard to your original question, I fail to understand what you expect people to say. Mini Connected is the app the integrates with the car - there is no other. You can use other apps like TuneIn but they don't integrate as well with the car.
I asked because I didn't know if there was actually anything else out there. Had a munge around the Appstore and found nothing else but it my case that means nothing - there could be all sorts of stuff and I wouldn't necessarily find it!
