Nav voice poor quality

Hi all, just old cooper s for new coupe cooper s with built in sat nav, first time I've experienced the nav on a mini but the female voice quality is really poor, very digitized best way to describe it!! My company mile munching Insignia is way better and I just wondered what other peoples thoughts were?...is this just 'normal' would you say for the bmw system?

Appears to be only volume control for the actual voice so presuming it cant be changed at all, apart from that the car is great, really good fun and we've just got back from a trip to Switzerland in it.....awesome!

She sounds ok on my hatch, ok not seductive, but plenty good enough for the job in hand.

Thx Nun, voice itself is ok it just sounds poor quality at times so much so you struggle to make out the spoken directions at times?! I'll pop back to dealer and listen to some others just for comparison I think, see what they say.
