Iphone Bluetooth Connection With Mini One 2012

Hi, i wonder if anyone can help me.

I have just bought a new mini one and have a usb connector to connect to my iphone 4.

I got the car in October and paired my iphone with it and everything was working great - very clear connection.

However about 3 weeks ago the person on the other end of the phone could barely hear me and there was a sound of crackling in the background. I have tried turning the volume up and deleted the phone and starting again but nothing seemed to work.

I deleted the phone last night and repaired it with the car once again and it worked perfectly. However again this morning it the person on the other end of the phone could not hear me properly and the crackling was present. At all times I can hear them perfectly.

Can anyone give me any advise?

I have the same problem and I have a R56 07 MCS. However, I think this is an issue with Iphone rather than the bluetooth in the mini. Reason I am saying is that I have no problem with my old Nokia and Blackberry Curve. I have a iPhone4 with IOS 6.

It might be the microphone built in to the car. Maybe the iPhone is more sensitive with a faulty microphone.
