Should my car have Bluetooth??

I've put a deposit on a Cooper S Clubman on a 57 plate with Chilli Pack, Nav and MFSW amoungst options.

From reading the pricelist (2011 version - I can't find a 2007 version) it seems that basic BT would be included with the Nav and or Chilli pack. The MFSW has the buttoms but there is no Commuincations title on the Nav screen.

Also the voice control doesn't respond when pressed?

Should this car have BT and VC as part of the packs listed above for this MY?

THe supplying (non Mini dealer) is looking into it before I pick up the car, just wanted to do some homework first?

I believe it should have Bluetooth but not voice control unless that was specified as a separate extra - but then with each year of cars the contents of the packs can change a little, so it's hard to be sure. MFSW buttons mean nothing at all.

Don't worry about the voice control, it's c*#p. ours doesn't recognise our voice and you have to repeat and repeat the commands over and over again. It would be quicker to drive to the location had have the conversation in person!

I'm not worried about the voicecontrol I've got it in a 3 series and its useless. The BT wiuld have been nice though. I just looked at another 2 cars with the nav on the same year and they don't have BT so I guess the spec changes each year as suggested.
