Question Which Recaros shall I chose?

Hi guys

I'm after some Reacros to finish off my r56 FJCW's interior & have had my heart set on some of that older style alcatara bucket seat ones with the logo but I've been very tempted by a really good prived set of the new style gp2 ones that are within my budget & could sell on if I don't like them

I'm after people's thoughts that have had both on which is more snug, comfy & supportive for normall driving, some long journeys & occasional track day. I don't have a lower bck injury & I find the current lounge leather not supportive enough.
I've sat in some of the alcatara ones & loved how they've felt but obviously couldn't try driving in them & need to try the new ones to.
If I'm honest I don't like the look or style of the new ones either

Which would you choose if your had the choice to buy?

Cheers in advance guys

I bought a set of the original Alcantara retrofit seats and found I couldn't use them in my Roadster.

When I sold them, the buyer had a GP2 with the new factory Recaros and wanted the grip of the older ones, so I felt that was a pretty clear recommendation of which one is better for grip.
