Has anyone had issues with the standard Cooper S radio? (apart from the fact that it's a pretty 'budget' unit!)

Been using it recently only to find I'm getting terrible interference when using heated screens. - literally drowning out the signal.
It's as if a suppressor has failed?!
Any ideas?

I have the same issue when I am charging my Iphone5 from the 12v socket below. The radio will only pick up the most strongest signal... drove for about 85 miles until my wife said "perhaps it's the phone charger"..bloody right of course! Strange as it doesn't effect my VW Tiguan radio using the same adapter and lead.
