R56 - Replace AUX socket with USB

Hi,

I have recently brought a 2007 Mini Cooper, but it only has a AUX socket and I would like to replace this with a USB, so that I can play my iPod through it and control it through the radio.

What do I need to buy to achieve this?

Many thanks
Sean
