This is probably a stupid question, but I've looked in the handbook and it doesn't answer my question.
We've got a 2012 Mini Roadster JCW and I plugged my iPod Classic in to the USB port. The radio recognises it, shows the track details (even the album cover) and the ipod screen shows the Mini logo. But it doesn't actually play it.
So, do I have to buy the proper Mini/iPod lead or use an 3.5mm/3.5mm aux lead as well, or as my iPod is newer than the Mini is it a system "fault"?
