2009 cab top is getting bound up*lady needs help!

Out of warranty, so this is sooooo important.

My mini convertible top seems to be getting "bound up" at the things behind the passenger seat..the hoops? It will not go down all the way..causing the dreaded beep!
Also as I look up at 45degrees from the driver seat, piece of plastic there seems not to be lined up like the passenger side. Someone mentions a rollbar thing? That pops up? The hoops? They dont move!I was in a low speed side impact collision.the bags did not deploy.I don't see anything like it but the manual mentioned it...HELP

Anyway I desperately need advice because my job depends on it!

I can see you dont want to be all bound up when youve a job to do.
If the cars has had a side impact it could have partially caused the roll over hoop system that side to de latch causing them to move up slightly and now foul the roof?
Do the hoops both look at the same height as each other would be one check?
Of course depending on how bad the impact was and the damage caused it might have caused damage to the roof operating mechanism in the back of the car too or dislodged something like a sensor?
