Hi guys,

I picked up my MINI from the dealership yesterday afternoon and have been driving around non-stop since! In fact, I got up at 6:30am today to take her out for spin. Brilliant car! Already have 45 miles on the car and there are no rattles whatsoever. The Sat Nav has the split-screen function and works flawlessly too.

Had my deposit on her since 3 Jan 2007 so its been quite a long wait. She's a week 10 build and absolutely a thrill to drive.

Congratulations, beautiful car! Astro black is my favourite colour. With the aero kit it just looks like a rocket. Photos don't do the kit any justice whatsoever.

Saw a black/black with aero kit roll out of a dealership here in California yesterday. Looks phenomenal, especially with the redwood lounge and piano black. This car is a classic, keep it forever!

PS - local dealer wanted $3337 for a fully fitted aero kit!!

mine is exactley like yours exept for the roof(black)and interior(black).no stipes.

I had a huge dilemma on the choice of roof colour - black or white. Decided on the white as I thought it was just more 'MINI'.

But I have always wanted the red interior from day one!
