Hiya, I went for both the ipod connection and aux lights but if I had to choose one I think it would have to be the ipod connection. Its great not to have all those cds cluttering the car (especially when there's hardly any storage for them anyway!!) and I love the fact that you have all your music stored together and can flick through to find what you want easily. The only thing I would fault (is'nt a fault really tho') is the fact that the ipod is left lying loose in the glovebox, why does'nt the ipod connection come with a cradle?!!Def get the ipod connection- and you could always add the aux lights in a few months time.....

Mmmm does seem a little steep, I'd ring around... By the way have you considered an aux in cable for your ipod, if you do a search in the forums you'l find more info, a few peeps on here have gone for this option instead of the ipod connection. Not as good sound or use of controls (I think!!) as the ipod connection but a lot cheaper, I think I read its only about £20 for the cable.....

The ipod connector was a no brainer for me, but is expensive. There were some very cheap prices around but these were all negotiated before the R56 went on sale and prices and labour charges had been factored in for the newer model. I was quoted £490 at one place, but ended up paying £325 I think. As for the lights they do look great, but are also fantastic at night on empty roads it was almost like daylight! Again shop around, Woodmans in Blackpool seem to be the best for service and price, they charged me £275 fitted. If you fancy other stuff then how about a JCW Steering Wheel, I have had this about a month now and its so much nicer than the old wheel, feels much better on a spirited drive. Look to pay about £300 fitted for that.

I got the glove box divider (not sure of the part number, but its in the accessories book) It cost about £27 and it's nothing fancy but it creates a convenient little section for your iPod and has an elasticated strap to hold it in position.

I would go for the aux lights. You already have the aux input where you can connect your ipod to, so why spend £357 for an ipod connector? There are also other ways that you can connect your ipod, the sound may not be as good, but they aren't bad too. I used Griffin itrip before, and it's not too bad.

My iPod connector was quoted at 385 by the supplying dealer, so I went to another local dealer and got one for 199 instead. Dont bother with the lights, but its a personal thing.
