Hi,
I have ordered a COOPER S to be produced in February and delivered in early March.
Although I have ordered the Chilli Pack, which includes the sport suspension, I was told that I specifically have to mention that I want the car to have the sport suspension, regardless of the the fact that it is included in the package. Otherwise it will not be on the car.
Yes, its a no cost option on the chilli pack but you do have to tick the box for it.
The demo car i drove didn't have it and felt adequate, but i specced it anyway. Now i have the car i don't regret for a second speccing it as the standard suspension would have been too soft
same here. I got used to the stiffness of the R50 on 17" wheels with sports and even with Sports Suspension on the new one its a little softer, but not too much
hi everyone,
just came back from my dealer. they were certain that my car will have sport suspension, regardless of the fact that I did not specifically mention it. Ordering the Chilli Pack is enough they said.
They also say that it is a particular agreement of BMW Greece, as otherwise it would be mentioned that I have to particularly mention it.
It seems that it will all become clear when the car arrives and I see the specification in the key-reader function at the dealer
In the UK you have to tick the box if you want SS, as I had 17" wheels and run-flats I decided not to have it as the suspension might be too hard. The car is great without it.
MAKE SURE you pay the extra for LSD (Limited Slip Differential).
