I have mine on average (resetting each year) at 35.7mpg. My last tank worked out at 32mpg so it looks like mine overreads a little but that could be down to variations in the yearly average and the shorter sample of a single tank - I have an R53 JCW by the way hence my numbers are nowhere near yours!!!

I get about 300 miles out of a tank - is the R56 MCS really going to significantly improve on this value in like-for-like driving??? How does the R56 MCS JCW compare with the R56 MCS??

Hows about the max / average number of miles to a tank for the R56 MCS? 400 - 500 ??

Running 211whp

I found after my remap it has gone up a bit.
Driving to oxford (from preston) the other weekend, I was doing average 85mph there and was getting about 43mpg. Coming back I wasnt in a rush, so sat at 68 (gps speed) and it happily returned 48mpg all the way home, but on the instant mpg it was showing consistantly over 52mpg, just the average was 48
Great to have the power there when you want it, and also the mpg when its the end of the month

Just bought a Mini Cooper S !!

I took one out for the day today and averaged 41 mpg, then when my right foot got a bit twitchy , I saw 29 mpg
