amazing but true..

hey hello everybody.. im new her so let me tell you my story... i just bought my mini cooper s yellow mellow, so i recive it on monday( 12 oct 2009) but just 45 minutes after i took it out of the dealership it broke down..... i could shift anymore. the gearbox didnt work...... .. what coul it be.. or what can i do?
