JCW Tuning Kit on Cooper S

Hi all,
After some answers/advice.
Looking at having the JCW tuning kit fitted to my 09 cooper s.

Does having this fitted alter the tax bracket that the car falls into?

Can anyone advise by how much does the mpg change/fall due to the extra power?

The tax bracket does not change.

The mpg does fall a little but I think that is more due to an increase in enthusiastic acceleration, expect about a 10% drop in mpg. It's worth every extra penny in fuel

We get approx 35-36 MPG out of our Sworks, driving 50-50 split Town/Motorway, and I drive with a lead foot.
