Thanks for your help guys...

Had a great result. Dealer has responded to email and will rectify the fault.

Yep the rear disks and pads are f^&^*d!!

They are not touching the front discs and pads though - said that the noise was due to the low profiles. It does sound like rubbing even when breaking at 1mph.Infact when breaking at slower speeds the noise sounds alot worse.

Is this normal (e.g. closer to the wheels/abs/blah bah blah).
