I have just bought a Roadster CS & ordered the additional temp. Gauge kit. The first problem was that the Coupe/roadster loom is different & the kit did not fit....Delay in delivery resulted as apparently I am the first to order the gauge for a roadster in Europe (hence not posting on the roadster/coupe site). Apart from the gauge face colour being black & not matching the main dials it also reads 105C when running normally. This seems high & the red area is 115 ! Does anybody have CS temp experience from the Hatch?
The black, or anthracite facia dials are fitted on the JCW normally.
Part of the JCW options kits, youre right red section is at 115C but at least you can see it going up where as standard youve no idea its getting hot until all the warning lights come on.
