Can you tell me where the petrol fuel filter is hiding on my R56 MCS ?

Accessed under the back seat inside the petrol tank I believe??

If it's like the gen1, then BMW/MINI reckon never

Me being used to Japanese cars, I'm sticking to a more Toyota/Mitsubishi type servicing schedule - so every 3 years for me.
