Upgrades on my R55 S - your thoughts?

Hi guys.

I will get my 2010 R55 Cooper S beginning of March and I am planing some upgrades on it. I would like to share it with you and let you comment it or recommend me some parts.

First of all, I live in China at the moment, so if the part is not available here, I have to order it either in UK or from Australia, so you guys keep that in mind

My car is midnight black, with light grey roof and rear arches, and 17 inches alloy wheels. Auto gearbox. Nothing really rock and roll at the moment

Here is my car now :

What I plan is the following :

- JCW Aerokit

- Black NM RSe05 with 215 45 17 or 215 40 17 Michelin SP Sport like the photo below

- Milltek Exhaust (not the downpipe)
- Eibach prokit (-25mm) springs
- Forge Intercooler
- NM Engine air charge pipe
- NM Engine air discharge pipe
- NM Catch Tank
- KN Typhon direct intake
- Stick the arches and roof in Black
- Front grill in Black
- Additional front lights

Last part will be the ECU, but as there are no good providers in China, I plan to send my ECU by mail to a provider in Europe that could adapt the remapping to my spec. I don't really know how to expect from the remapping + my mods, if you guys have any idea. And at that point I did not identify any provider that could work on the ECU, again if you guys have good recommendation, knowing that will be done without Dyno...

Any suggestion or comment is more than welcome

You ought to have ordered a JCW version then youd be halfway there before you start, you seem to be altering rather a lot on a brand new car, you might need to think how it would affect any factory warranty too, unless it doesnt apply out in China??

He says it's a 2010 Cooper so not much time left on the warranty anyway.

I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.

Yep, it's a second hand car. The warranty is almost over now. The JCW was never imported in China
