Finding out if mini has chili/pepper pack

Hi everyone

I'm looking at a 2009 cooper s but I can't find out what pack it has, if any. Is there any way to find out before I buy?
It's from a non mini dealer

I think in 2009 the chili pack included climate control and sports seats amongst other differences.

Your local mini dealer might be able to give you a print out of the build specification if you give them the reg number and chassis number.
