Boost PSI?

Hi,

After recently resolving an issue with no boost, I hooked up DashCommand via an OBD Wifi transmitter to see what the reading on the car were after the fix. The software is showing me max boost of 16PSI and max HP of 204.
Is this correct, the readings seem high to me especially as the boost psi is supposed to be around 11.5 max?
I have an 08 cooper S that has had no mods
