so i brought my first cooper s 4 weeks ago all was well then one day woudnt start kept trying to tick over battery was orginal so mechanic changed it still nothing
then said ecu was at fault so its been sent off for repair apparrently its tested and now working fine i have yet to see report on what fault was on it but after chasing it to be shipped back they did advise ingnition colis to be tested as if one fails car wont start not sure if this correct or not
to be honest i leave the mechanics to do there job been at same garage for years after people recommended it
im lucky car under warrenty has anyone had any similar issues like this before and whilst my car in garage is there anything i should ask to be checked out whilst there
car came with full mini history stamped book but not content to say what has been done since it was done threw one particular dealer im going to see if they would pass its history on
thanks
