Ok Ok I know it is usually my car has arrived

but what with this being the R56 Mini I'd just thought I let you all know my Cooper has been built and should be with my dealer any day now. In time for Launch. You can't ask for any better than that can you.

i don't think so. I reckon the dealer will want to keep the weekend free for the launch so I was thinking maybe the Monday.

It's currently looking as though I'll get mine early in December. I've just booted the current daily driver out into the cold & put down a fresh coat of floor paint in my garage

how did you find out ? did you call your dealer or do they have a website that details the orders ?

Apparently mine has been built and is somewhere in the transportation process.

Quick PDI then over to me, hopefully on launch day.

Hopefully being the operative word! I was told that I should have car for launch day, but now it is looking like the following Tues or Wed! I'm wondering if anyone will actually get their car on launch day.

I know what you mean.

The dealership is using language like "should be" or "let's aim for that".

I suppose mini are majoring on getting demonstrators into showrooms for launch day.

Still, I'll go to the launch do on the friday - might be allowed to see it!
