Chrome Line Interior

Delighted with our new Mini Cooper, however we ordered it with Piano Black facings, which was £110 (why? It's just a different colour of plastic!). Brochure says that chrome-line interior is standard on MCS and on cars where a coloured surface trim is ordered, but we were charged £100 for it. Is this right?

There are a number of misprints in the brochure, and this is one of them I'm afraid.

Take a look at here: http://www.mini2.com/forum/2765232-post152.html

Chrome line looks absolutely superb with the piano black - don't even think about changing it!

Thanks for answering my query. I still think £110 just to change the colour of plastic trim is a bit urgent, though!

My dealer is chucking the Chrome Interior in for free becasue of the mis-print. I havn't seen PIano Black yet, but know it will look great with the Chrome.

United-Kingdom piano black with chromeline

Guys,

I specced that for my wifes cooper, she got it last week, so here are some photo's I hope...

She let me drive it after I washed it..... Its really quite a sharp drive, I should know I have a 911 GT3 as well, it's my fun car. The Mini Cooper is her daily drive, with a bit of fun for me hopefully.

Sorry, should have said, your interior looks cool, mine will be similar just with blue colour line and seats.

Floor mats

Because I have not yet had time to find out if the ones for the previous Mini fit the R56... If so I will get my wife some for Xmas.... She has had these Peugeot mats in her last 3 cars...

If only my dealer was switched on... he could have sold me some last week.
