OMG,
Just got call from dealer , and car now on line for delivery in only 2 weeks , a good month earlier than thought. I suppose the orders started piling up for pepper white and they have got the batch running sooner than the intended january start date. Maybe some of your orders are early too.

Now I've got to sort out all my paperwork double bloody quick in oredr to be ready, not to mention finding the money, just before Xmas.
On the plus side, incredibly chuffed, COOPER FOR CHRISTMAS!! WOOHOOO!

That is good news Beast, but Pepper White has always been scheduled for production from December.

My first orders have already been built, and will be with me next week!

How do you know when they are dude, is there sonewhere I can check this or do I have to ask my dealer?

They don't come down the line in batches of colours do they? I didn't think they worked like that.

my original understanding , is that they were not going to do batch of pepper white bodies until january, and as such expected car in week 3 or 4 , of 07. So maybe it's wortha call to see if any others have been moved ahead.

Anyhoo , a major inprovement on the 6 month w/l of 2002.

now i'm getting non buyers remorse , cos I'm getting a nagging doubt I should have stumped up for the hifi upgrade, as so many people has said the standard one is poo.

Probably had an empty painting tank where all the Nightfire Red ones should have been done.

Your Dealer has all the info.
He just has to log in to his MINI system and bring up your order.
My Dealer is very good regarding keeping me informed.
Told me when it was going for production,when it was getting it's engine,gave me the engine number,the chassis number etc.,when it was built,and when it was due to be delivered to the dealer, which is next Wednesday
