Angry My 3 week old mini

My mini after 3 weeks old and 360 miles after wagon pulled in to my lane on duel carriageway last night

Were you in the lorry's blind spot or summit, least everyone in the car was ok I presume?

Wagon was turning right at roundabout he come off at 2 exit pulled into left hand lane on carriage way then I was passing him he did not even signal just pulled in to my lane I sound my horn he keeped coming in to my lane the I hit the brakes but thats was not enough

No witness just me and driver But I think the insurance will see the damage starts from the back to the front

Looks like a write off to me. The damage to the rear quarter will be the decider between fixed or written off, from the pics it looks fairly substantial. Insist that its taken to a BMW body shop as the car is so new.

my insurance as gave me a independant garage what do I do? P.s car is still in garage

You have the right to request it goes to MINI to be repaired. I would certainly do that simply because of the age of the car

Ouch!

It has to go to MINI, because alot of insurance recommended garages don't do as good AFAIK.

My mum had someone drive across her front end when she had her Gen1 Cooper ('05) and took it to MINI, went against where the insurance wanted her to take it. And had to go to court to make the other driver admit it was there fault etc etc etc.
