 Clutch Control
I just bought a used mini, after driving a 2000 VW Beetle for 7 years.
I am having real problems out of releasing the clutch properly.
It appears to release at a slightly different point than my bug's did.
I am a 40+ year veteran driver, and have driven MANY standard transmission cars, this is the first I just can't seem to master the clutch on.
After reading about the hill start function, I am wondering if there may be something else that causes it to be so different?
Has anyone else had this problem?
Or is it only a practice issue?
It seems I rev too high at the wrong point or something.
