Is the Mini Cooper expensive to maintain?
After about 10 years, it's finally time to buy a new car. I've had a 1998 Honda Accord and a 2003 Honda Odyssey. Both have been plenty solid and reliable, but not without their occasionally repair costs, and the Honda dealerships do seem to charge a premium for maintenance.
Now, I am thinking of a Mini Cooper -- something perhaps a little more fun :-)
Compared to my experience with the (typical) Honda, would you say that Mini Cooper is more or less expensive to maintain.
This includes three factors:
1. The number of times it needs repair.
2. The cost of each repair.
3. The need to take it to a Mini Cooper dealer/repair shop, as opposed to another shop.
