Slight Damage need advice to fix myself

Hello Mini owners! I seem to have some slight damage on my poor baby that I can deff do myself and save some money. I just don't know the correct approach to take in order to fix it. Anywhere here help me out?

Not good to fix yourself looks like a metallic finish, the dent will come out with specialist kit without any need for filler.
