Upgraded headlamp bulbs for R56

We now have in stock powerbulbs for the R56 (models without factory xenons)
This dual filamant bulb gives 50% more light on both dip & full beam. It provides the increased light through the use of different gasses, not higher wattage. Therefore it is E marked & street legal & consumes no extra power

Good to see some aftermarket stuff already for the R56.

Is there likely to be a R56 version, or similar, of the "Shark Fin" Chrome Side Vents?

Out of the whole look of the new Cooper its the one thing we would like to change.

Pedant mode on/

George Formby played the banjolele, as can be seen by the banjo sound box (the round bit on the left) in the photo. The ukelele has a sound box shaped like a small classical guitar (Although there were exceptions to these rules).

/End pedant mode

Exactly, the Uke represented the old Mini , and the Banjolele or resonator ukelele represents the R56 in that it has "improvements".
Sorry for being off topic BTW

Back to the chase, will these bulbs fit R50/2/3 MINI's H7's I think ?

My R57's standard headlamps are indeed appalling - clearly they were designed by 'stylists' to look good stationary - actually illuminating the road must have been very much a non-issue in their design process.

But I'm not in a hurry to replace the bulbs as I don't see how having 50% more light going to all the wrong places will be an improvement.

It seems it's new reflectors we need, not new bulbs.

Trust me use PHILLIPS DIAMOND VISION. they are the blue'st/White bulbs you will find around other than Xenons. I bought some from mikey, they were brighter but still yellow.
