Viper/Sport Stripes

Why is it that some Viper stripes as in picture 1 stop at the bonnet, yet others like in photo 2 go all the way down the front bumper? Which ones are the offical BMW ones? And if not from BMW where is it possible to get the front bumper coverage as well?

Its just personal preference. The official ones just come in long stripes so its the customers perference how they look and where they get applied. Normally on aero kits there is more painted body work so they go right down to under the number plate. If you look that Black Cooper S doesn't have the aero kit therefore underneath the number plate is just plastic trim and they wouldn't put the vinyl on this. I got my stripes finished down the front grille too. Its all down to personal preference and how your vinyl guy does it!

we got confused by this, looking at mini website accessory section there 2 types both official. sports stripes narrow small gap in middle. No bits for bumpers or spoilers, vipers give you options as said above to go where and do what you want. There are so many bumper spoiler combinations, its personal taste but think it looks better

I agree with Laura in that it is to do with the available lip on the aerokit that allows enough room to stick the vinyl to. Maybe this photo of my car demonstrates this....
