Basically, stay away from anything in an aerosol! Aerosols have propellants and solvents in them which will dry out the plastics making them gradually worse. I can vouch for the Autoglym Bumper Care. Great product.

I thought that until my rep said its best to buff it off afterwards with a soft cloth. Any residue makes it go streaky in the rain too so it's best to buff it off anyway

I think my dealer must have used something similar to the Autogleam bumper care product for the PDI as the original finish was a little oily. It left a dark, but matt black finish and felt 'heavy/oily' when I washing the car trim for the first time last weekend.

I prefer the slightly shiny, slippery finish the Meguiars Trim detailer leaves, especially if it does not streak in the rain. Be interested to see how it holds up when I shampoo the trim during my next car wash. Be great if it held up and beaded the water and stayed satin shiny after drying it off.
