Silver Black Debadged MCS - Bad idea? How can I liven up the rear?

Hi all.

I went for the "delete model inscription" option on my MCS but I am regretting it now as my car looks a little dull from the back and might be mistaken for a "ONE" (yes I know that's the whole point of getting the Cooper S badge removed but i'm not sure now)

So, has anyone got any ideas to brighten up the rear end without putting the old badge back on?
I've seen a few retro "Austin" style Cooper badges which look cool, any other ideas/pics/opinions.

Please bear in mind I wanted my car to be subtle (hence no roof decals, etc) so dont come back with any Tiger Stripe ideas

Cheers guys

What would be really cool is remove the MINI Wings Badge and replace it with the Austin Cooper S badge.

I think I may do that myself now I've thought of it.

It was acceptable in the 80's

, then you really will annoy the original MINI owners - i thought they already threw eggs at us?

An odd lot. *smile*

Yes, it really is a shame they're like that. As I've said before, I've experienced their attitude twice. First when I had a twin point injection Mini. When they first came out no Mini owners would flash or wave at you. They seem to have forgotten all about that now though

I've seen stranger stuff... there's a car near where I'm at that has been rebadged by replacing the center circular section of the current MINI badge with BMW emblems. So it's a blue/white BMW emblem with MINI wings.

Talk about taking it from all sides. I thought it was funny, but I'm sure there and Mini, MINI and BMW people out there that would have some strong opinions about that one.

my mini badges have pink centres!! (well they would be wouldnt they!!)

They are the centres for the wheels of a 'mini' but they fit the 'MINI' badge centre really well!!
